The Simpson cross country teams opened the 2015 season at the annual Augustana Twilight on Friday evening. The women placed 10th of 20 teams while the men came in 15th of 20.

MacKenzie Haupt spent two years as a role player on the Simpson women's basketball team. In 2014-15, she emerged as one of the best players in the Iowa Conference.

Simpson earned its eighth straight USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honor by achieving a 3.46 cumulative GPA in 2014.

Simpson placed 52 student-athletes on the 2014 Iowwa Conference Fall All-Academic Team.
